Alderr was born from a decade-long partnership between two pioneers in the healthcare industry—Sollers Infotech and Think Founders. Sollers Infotech, established in 2011, has built a reputation for developing innovative healthcare software solutions such as Practice Management Systems, Electronic Medical Records, EDI frameworks, Patient Portals, HL7 integration, and payer solutions tailored for the US healthcare market. In 2013, Sollers was introduced to Think Founders, a leading healthcare financial services company providing back-office billing solutions to providers across the US.
The relationship began with a collaborative project: Sollers was tasked with building a workflow management system to streamline Think Founders' internal operations. As the years progressed, the partnership grew stronger, with Sollers offering Think Founders cutting-edge solutions to support their evolving needs. When Think Founders sought to integrate their existing workflow platform with another practice management system, they faced a roadblock. Their third-party provider was unwilling to support deep integrations. This challenge sparked a pivotal moment: Sollers proposed a seamless integration of their own practice management system with Think Founders' workflow system, delivering an ideal solution.
